Group Therapy

One or more therapists work with a number of individuals concurrently during group therapy, which is a type of psychotherapy treatment. People who participate in group therapy can benefit from the assistance and encouragement of their peers in the group. Participants can see that others in the group are experiencing the same thing as them, which can make them feel less lonely.

In this setting, people can practise their actions while still feeling at ease and confident in the group. Working with a group allows the therapist to observe each person's reactions to others and social behaviour up close. Our therapist will offer each client helpful feedback based on this data.
